ACCEPTANCE OF ORDER Onced placed, an Order will be accepted and a member of staff will contact you to arrange payment by phone. 4. PAYMENT Payment must be paid prior to dispatch of goods. 5. DELIVERY a) Where specific delivery dates have been agreed the Seller will make every effort to honour them. PRESENTATION OF GOODS a) Because the Seller's products are made from natural materials exact replication of a specification cannot be guaranteed. Natural marks are frequently retained and due to the nature of our products many items are unique and may differ from the illustrations shown. 8. THIRD PARTY LIABILITY The Seller shall be under no liability in respect of any damage or loss to third parties caused either directly or indirectly by the performance of any contract or goods supplied and the Customer should at all times indemnify the Seller against such loss or damage. 9.
